Hi, my name is Matt and I’m the jewelry creator at Moon Mountain Jewelry. This is a true 1 man operation. I make each piece in my home studio overlooking the beautiful pacific ocean in Santa Barbara. Inspired by nature, I craft everything with an incredible amount of love, passion, and care. I’m very particular in the quality and choice of stones and metals I use. I am a gemstone miner/rockhound myself, and that is what originally inspired me to become a jewelry artist. Also a big part of my life is music, being a drummer. You can find me every Sunday near the waterfront at the Santa Barbara art show, where I sell my work in person.
